A parts upgrade for generation 6 shell holders will make a significant weight reduction on your belt and give you more consistent reloads.
With the superlight slider rod it is possible to reduce a generation 6 shell holder complete weight as much as -25%. The rod is made of high tensile strength aluminium and the surface treatment gives it lower friction allowing for smoother operation of the shell holder function.
The stainless steel spring is revised and optimized from years of experience in competition shotgun reloads. It will give much more consistent shell tension between different length of shells. Also if you want to adjust your shell holder to a lighter setting, this spring can do that. Too much shell release tension can lead to inconsistent and failed reloads. The spring has a long adjustment range, so you can set up your rig just the way you want it, And there will be minimal difference when changing shell types during competition or training.
